Crossovers to Other WizKids Games

Mage Knight

I've never played MageKnight, but was looking through the bins at the local gaming store and said to myself, "Hey, some of these would make great HorrorClix monsters." So, I bought some and started making monster cards for them. Here they are, sorted by MageKnight set.

Mage Knight
Dark Riders
Sorcery
Omens
Nexus
Rebellion
Lancers
Whirlwind
Dungeons
Unlimited
Sinister
Minions
Pyramid
Uprising
Dragons Gate

A few things to consider when using my cards:

1) MageKnight uses a uniform system of coloured squares and circles for powers and abilities. A red square on a figure's speed value will always mean the same thing. HorrorClix does not use a unique system of colours. Green on speed will mean "Trap" for some monsters and "Ghost" for others, and so forth. If each colour only appears once on a MageKnight figure (or appears twice, once as a square and once as a circle) then I'll just use the coloured square or circle for that monster's card. If a figure has squares or circles of the same colour on more than one stat value then I'll use the speed, attack, defense or damage symbol instead of circles and squares on that monster's card.
2) Colours used for powers are what was available on the figure dial. A power normally associated with speed may be assigned to a colour that is attack on the figure dial.
3) Flight and swimming (aquatic) powers are each designated a colour in the MageKnight system. In some cases, I continue to use these to indicate that the monster can lose the ability to fly or swim. In other cases, I will put the HorrorClix bat wing or shark fin symbol on the card and the monster can use these throughout their dial, and use the colours on the dial to give them other abilities.
4) MageKnight uses a green square on the damage stat to indicate where a dial begins. In some cases I assign another power to this, in other cases I mark it as a starter spot, and in some cases (to save space on the card) I just ignore this square all together.
5) Sometimes MageKnight uses a yellow square on the damage stat to indicate "demoralized". in this case the attack and damage values are both zero. In some cases I assign powers to this squares in others I just give attack and damage values.
6) Point values I assign will be different from the MageKnight values listed on the dials.
7) Transforming monsters will exist in my system. Read their cards closely for specifics concerning them.
8) I've created two new cabals. Currently, neither of them has any cabal powers and they may never have any. These are:
..........Tech of the Ancients - An ancient, worl ruling civilization (pre-Atlantean even) created bronze robots to maintain law and order. Some of these have survived and are being dug up around the world by modern day archaeologists. Some of them are still active.
..........Uber-Geeks - These are basically overly obsessed gamers. Let's face it, a lot of MageKnight figures can only cross over into the HorrorClix universe as deranged LARPers, which of and by itself is a funny concept.

MechWarrior

I really don't expect mechs to fight monsters, but am thinking of making some unofficial giant monsters by gluing figures onto mech bases. There are none yet.
